You may choose to pay for your purchase with a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover) or PayPal. Just You & Me will ship to any destination within the continental United States, Hawaii & Alaska. If your selected item is out of stock, we will inform you immediately upon receipt of order. We will inform you via e-mail of shipping schedule. If this is not satisfactory, we will give you a full refund.
Your satisfaction is very important to us. If our product has a material or manufacturing problem, you may return or exchange the unused product(s) within 30 days of receipt. Full refunds (excluding shipping charges) will be issued back to the purchasing credit card only. Exchanges will be made for different color/size of the same product (excluding shipping charges).
- All items must be returned, unused, within 30 days of receipt. Returns beyond 30 days will not be accepted.
- Please include the reason for the return: e.g. does not fit; defective; damaged during shipping; returning a gift; wrong item shipped; wrong color, etc.
- Pack and seal your return securely (in the original package if possible) along with the reason for return.
Just You & Me currently ships via USPS Priority Mail exclusively. Orders placed by noon PST Monday thru Friday (excluding Holidays) will ship within 24 hours. Alaska and Hawaii please allow for an additional 2-4 days for your shipment. Shipping costs are determined by the weight of the item(s) you purchase. We may ad additional shipping methods in the future.
